We bundle hosting and maintenance together because we feel that’s the best way to ensure your success. We’ve chosen SiteGround as our preferred hosting provider, which has managed WordPress hosting and provides daily backups and regular updates to WordPress.
We charge you for hosting/maintenance yearly, without tying you into our plan. You can always switch to one of SiteGround’s hosting plans or another hosting provider, and we will pro-rate your refund.
Our support can be provided via email, phone, or video conference. For less urgent issues, assistance may need to be scheduled depending on the current volume of support requests.
SiteGround support is available around the clock for emergency issues with your website, which could be a hosting issue on their end or something that can be solved by restoring a daily backup.
Help Me! – $40/month
Plan includes SiteGround hosting.
1 hour of support – we track time in 15-minute increments and carry over unused time from previous months, up to 3 hours total.
1 extra hour of training and/or support the first month.
Do it for Me! – $75/month
Plan includes SiteGround hosting.
Up to 3 hours of support.
2 extra hours of training and/or support the first month, for 5 hours, total.
We do not carry over time on this plan. You can use our Extra Help if more help is needed.
Upgrade to this plan from the Help Me! plan if you find yourself needing more help on a consistent basis.
Extra Help – $30/hour
Available for our website clients on SiteGround (our plans or theirs). Our fee for non-clients or those hosting elsewhere is $75/hour.
Allows for extra help instead of, or on top of, our other plans.
Can be used for training, maintenance, or any help you may need.
After the first hour, time tracking is done in 15 minute increments.
Don’t forget, on top of our plans, you will also have access to documentation we provide on WordPress administration of your site, along with SiteGround’s documentation on hosting issues.
